Return Policy / Food Products
We take utmost care in providing you the best products. However, in case you have received a damaged product, a replacement of the product would be done. You cannot cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. MYJIK will accept the returned/exchanged product only if the product is unused, intact, undamaged after delivery, and in a sealable condition. The product should be returned with the original invoice and in the original packing. You need to share the images, batch no, product name, manufacturing & expiry date of the damaged product that you have received and send it to contact@myjik.com Also, please ensure that you return the product in the original condition you had received it. Postage and shipping charges will not be refunded. MYJIK will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned.
Return and Refund Policy
- The product is returnable if you’ve received them in a physically damaged condition, defective, or any parts or accessories missing or different from their description on the page.
- Return will be processed only if it is determined that the product is not damaged while it is in your possession.
- The product is returned in original condition with the manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, user manual, and all accessories in it.
- The product can be returned within seven days of delivery.
- MYJIK will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned.
Cancellation
MYJIK reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock of the goods you have ordered; if we do not deliver to your area; or if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.
Cancellation / Refund – Consultancy
- If the appointment / consultation is not confirmed or canceled by us / consultant due to any reasons, the user has two options –
(a) Can reschedule the appointment /consultation with the consultant. The request for rescheduling request should be placed within 24 hours of booking the appointment or else no rescheduling will be done.
(b) Can claim for the refund of the advance payment done. - If the user misses or cancels the appointment /consultation, he or she is entitled to any refund.
- The refund will be processed directly to the user in the same mode as the payment is made
- In case of claiming the refund, the user must have a valid invoice of the transaction to get the refund. The refund request should be sent to us through email at contact@myjik.com.
- No refund can be claimed from us for the amount paid directly to the consultant by the user.
